Step 1: Simple Store Integration Connect your e-commerce platform (Shopify, WooCommerce, Etsy, etc.) directly to the Jielink system using our dedicated API or platform connectors. This creates an instant, secure link between your storefront and our production management software.

Step 2: Design and Product Mockups Upload your designs and map them to our vast product catalog. Use our intuitive mockup generator to see exactly how your final product will look. Once approved, the product is published to your store, ready for sale.

Step 3: Automated Order Submission A customer places an order on your website. This is the last manual step for you. The order is automatically routed to Jielink, where it enters the production queue in real-time. The system verifies the design, product, and shipping details instantly.

Step 4: Production and Quality Check Our factory team pulls the blank product, applies the custom print using the best-suited technology, and submits the finished item to the rigorous three-point Quality Control (QC) check. This step typically takes 24-48 hours.

Step 5: Packaging and Shipping The product is safely packaged, often using branded inserts if requested (white-label service), and the shipping label is generated. The tracking number is automatically pushed back to your e-commerce store and emailed to your customer. Done! Your customer receives a high-quality product, and your brand’s reputation grows.
